| How to pair with phone (2 steps) |
1. After turn on BlueRider, long press on the function button to activate slave pairing mode (Red and Blue lights flash fast).
2. Turn on Bluetooth of your phone and search for BlueRider, it will connect automatically.

| How to pair with two phones (3 steps) |
1. After finish the previous steps of pairing with one phone (Phone A), do the same steps to activate BlueRider into slave pairing mode.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth of Phone B and search for the headset, it will connect automatically.
3. After it, the headset will connect with Phone A&B automatically if A&B's Bluetooth are turned on.

| How to pair two BlueRider to intercom (2 steps) |
1. After turn on both A&B BlueRider, long press on A's intercom button to activate master pairing mode (Red and Blue light shine slowly).
2. Long press on B's function button to activate passive pairing mode (Red and Blue light shine fast). After 5-10 seconds the system will connect automatically.

| How to pair with other brands headset |
A is Dimton headset, B is other brand headset
1. After turn on both headset, long press on the A's intercom button to activate active pairing mode (Red and Blue light shine slowly).
2. Activate B into pairing mode. After 5-10 seconds, it will connect automatically.

For Example, we use 4 BlieRider to build group intercom-A,B,C,and D |
1. Long press on A's intercom button to activate master active pairing mode and long press on B's function button to activate slave pairing mode. A&B's lights become blue. Then A&B pairing is done. Press on B's intercom button to end the talking.
2. Long press on B's intercom button to activate master mode and long press on C's function button to activate slave mode. B&C's lights become blue. Then B&C pairing is done. Press on C'S intercom button to end the talking.
3. Long press on C's intercom button to activate master mode and long press on D to activate slave mode. C&D's lights become blue. Then A&B pairing is done. Press on B's intercom button to end talking.
4. Turn off ABCD, turn on C&D headsets after 10 seconds, press on C's intercom button then C&D intercom will be activated.
5. Turn on B headset, press on B's intercom button then B&C&D intercom will be activated.
6. Turn on A headset, press on A's intercom button then A&B&C&D intercom will be activated
7. If you have Radar Detector or GPS navigation, please connect with A headset.

| How to pair GPS with navigator |
Turn on the BlueRider, long press on the function button, and activate slave mode. Turn on the GPS navigation Bluetooth pairing mode and it will connect with BlueRider automatically. |
| How to pair speed detector |
Turn on the headset, long press on the function button, and activate passive mode. Turn on the speed detector Bluetooth pairing mode and it will connect with headset automatically. |

| Adjust the volume of voice message |
1. Confirm the headset is in standby status, long press on (intercom) + (volume minus) buttons for 5 seconds then BlueRider will be activated into adjusting mode after duo sound.
2. Press on (volume plus) or (volume minus) buttons for suitable volume.
3. Long Press on the (volume minus) + (intercom) buttons for 5 seconds.
4. After duo sound, it is done

| Torn on/off Auto Answer Call |
Press on (intercom) + (volume plus) + (volume minus) buttons for 5 seconds.
After duo sound, it's switched successfully.

| Pause/Play music |
After connect BlueRider with phone, please press on (volume plus) button twice. Some phone need to open music playing app first then vou can control it. |
| Play next/previous song |
After connect BlueRider with the phone, please long press on (volume plus) button for the previoys song or press (volume minus) button for the next song. |
| How to update software (2 steps) |
1.You can upgrade any version you want. For example, your device is V1.6 and you want the function of V1.7, you can just download V1.7 and upgrade it. Every version includes the functions of former version.
2. Download updating software from this website and
Connect BlueRider with computer via cable.
Long press on (volume minus) + (function) button for 5 seconds, the blue light flash 3 times
Then you can press on any button to do updating

| Reset BlueRider (4 steps) |
1. Turn off the headset first
2. Hold the function button on and charge it then remove the cable
3. Release the button
4. Done!

| Remove Pairing date(3 steps) |
1. Turn on BlueRider, long press on (volume plus)+ (function) buttons for 5 seconds
2. Red and blue lights flash for three times
3. After you see the light flash fast, data is cleared.

| Why you can’t use the normal cable to charge? |
We made the port deeper for rainproof so the normal cable is not able to insert into it. |

| Can't turn BlueRider on (4 ways) |
1. Please check the battery is dead or not first
2.Charge BlueRider on without connecting the headset kit.
3. Updating incompletely might be the reason. Please update it again.
4. Reset it

| Can't pair BlueRider with phone (2 ways) |
1. Remove all Pairing data with a capital M first and the pairing data in BlueRider too.
2. Restart the phone and reconnect with BlueRider. |
| Can't charge BlueRider (2 ways) |
1. Please confirm the cable is OEM and insert it correctly.
2. Please confirm your charget isn't underpowered. |
| Usage time is getting shorter |
Please confirm the battery is charged fully (Disappearance of the red light means the battery is fully charged). You can test the usage time after this. |
| Line's incoming call problem |
Android user- You can answer the call by long pressing the function button. But you have to use the phone to hang up the call or ask your friend who called you to hang up and call.
iOS user- You can pick up or hang up the call by pressing the function button.

| No music from the phone (3 ways) |
1. After connect the phone and BlueRider, find the M series headset in Bluetooth setting in the phone. Confirm the music is on in your phone
2. Please remove the pairing data with M series headset and restart the Bluetooth in your phone and rematch it.
3. Restart your phone

| One side Speaker is silent (2 ways) |
1. Please confirm the cable between speaker and headset is loose or not
2. Please switch two speakers to check whether it is the speaker's problem or not.
If the speaker is still silent after switching, then microphone kit or headset doesn't work.

| Left and Right speakers have different volume |
Please confirm both speakers' position is in the right position. If the distance from the speaker to ear is far, please use the speaker pad to make speaker closer to your ear. |
| If the person who with you and say your voice like whispering (2 ways) |
1. Please make sure the microphone hole is right to your mouth.
2. Please make sure you didn't insert the microphone in opposite side if you use the old microphone kit.
